About Cath

Hello! I’m Cath and this is me.

I live here in Levin and have been a dog owner all my life.

I started dog walking here in the Horowhenua back in 2018. This began more as a hobby and a way to give my dog Marco some canine companions.

After having some regular doggies join me and Marco I realised just how much these dogs loved having the freedom to run and explore. It wasn’t just the dogs having fun I just loved seeing their happy faces running through the forest with nothing but pure joy showing on their faces. This made me realise that this was not just a hobby but a passion! So, I studied and obtained a certificate in Dog Psychology and Training and started working with small packs of dogs, taking them out on adventures.

I strongly believe in giving the dogs the freedom to run and explore, once dogs become familiar with me I offer off lead time so they can burn energy and sniff what they want to sniff, not just what a leash length allows.

I like to keep the packs small and regular, socialisation is so important for dogs, they build friendships and learn from each other with their pack leader, me, guiding the way.

I am a very fit, hard worker and have huge empathy for animals. What is more, I understand in this busy world how hard it can be for owners to provide the exercise their pet needs and how the service I provide brings both peace and joy to both you and your pets.
